Blade: Equipped with a clean slicing plain edge, the M390 Tanto blade has handsome satin flats with durable poly-ceramic black Cerakote on the grinds. A plain edge tip delivers powerful piercing and controlled detail cutting. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: The smooth, red hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has contoured edges for comfort and smooth pocket transition. Strategic edge jimping enhances traction and black proprietary Microtech hardware rounds out construction along with the glass breaker end and serialized and dated pocket clip.

Carries via a right hand stainless-steel pocket clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high carbide content for some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance, while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
