Blade: Made from 3/16-inch thick, San Mai clad VG-10 stainless steel, the blade of the Master Tanto is a classic design with a big, sweeping cutting edge and powerful point. Flat ground for durability, the piercing Tanto point makes a quick transition to the hollow ground primary edge that delivers powerful slicing performance. Clad is durable and corrosion resistant stainless steel the VG-10 core delivers excellent performance while the cladding leaves a line similar to the traditional forged Hamon pattern.

Handle: A hidden tang construction balances strength with comfort and is wrapped with a high traction, rubber-like Kraton Polymer capped with a stainless steel guard and pommel end with lanyard hole. The handle is comfortable in a variety of grips and balanced for speed and control in the hand.

Sheath: Carries via a molded polymer sheath with modular nylon belt loop.
